The KQuIP team in conjunction with the RA/BRS and are taking the following steps to reduce the risks associated with COVID – 19 while making sure we continue to support our regional networks by working flexibly, collaboratively and with relevance to ensure patients and services are safe.
· We will postpone all KQuIP regional events until the autumn but at the same time try not to lose sight of the fantastic QI work that has been done so far by the teams.
· We intend to run a series of QI webinars to maintain momentum and support progress. These will be recorded to allow teams to join at a convenient time.
· We will eliminate travel and reduce non – essential contact (unit visits) but provide contact and support virtually connecting clinical teams as appropriate to work across the networks
· We would like to utilise the network bonds and collaborative working that have been developed to support teams in the coming months to aid communication and sharing
