Bringing together clinicians and patients from the renal units of the first cohort of Trusts taking part and the programme team, the day long workshop will develop a shared\u00a0understanding of what we need to achieve over the next 12 to 18 months. The day will include an\u00a0overview of Transforming Participation in Chronic Kidney Disease to make sure we are all starting from\u00a0the same place, learning needs analysis and the start of the peer assist programme.
