Whether you are a patient or member of staff, your unit’s patient experience data is accessible from the Registry on request. Simply download and complete the\u00a0application form<\/a><\/strong>\u00a0and return it by email to\u00a0ukrr-research@renalregistry.nhs.uk<\/a><\/strong>.\u00a0 If you would like to have an informal chat to us prior to submitting your form, please do contact us<\/a>.<\/p>\n

The Kidney PREM is designed to put the patient voice at the heart of improvements in kidney care.\u00a0 Its purpose is to provide patients and health professionals with the information to help them work together to drive improvements that really matter to patients and will improve patient experience and outcomes \u2013 we want this data to be used for positive change.<\/p>\n

This is the first time that patient experience data has been collected on a national scale within the renal community and provides a unique opportunity to ensure patients are at the heart of change initiatives.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
