The DAYLife project aims to increase the number of people dialysing at home, reduce variation between centres and improve patient experience.
This event is an opportunity to recognise and celebrate the hard work that all the participants have put into the first year of the project, to reflect on successes, share key learning and think about ‘where next’ – how to sustain and spread the good results that have been achieved.
As well as the project groups, we encourage attendance from the wider multi-professional team:
- Clinical Directors
- Lead nurses
- Multi-professionals
- Patients
- Managers
- Local trust QI teams
Representatives from regions interested in taking part in the DAYLife project in the future are also warmly invited.
