Welcome to the registration page for the KQuIP/UKRR regional day in the South West.
The event is on 4th October 2018 at The Holiday Inn, Taunton. A draft programme is available here, further details about the day will be sent to you once you have registered to attend.
The purpose of the regional day is to bring together the South West renal community to include medical, multi-disciplinary colleagues, CCG commissioners (renal) and patients to consider and discuss data provided by the UK Renal Registry, Public Health England and NHSBT. Colleagues from the South West have been involved in developing the programme for the day and the event has CPD approval for doctors and nurses.
The day will be led by healthcare professionals from across the South West and will provide an opportunity to explore the regions involvement in the three KQuIP national priority projects, to share improvement successes and plan collaborative projects across the region.
