Welcome to the registration page for the KQuIP/UKRR Regional Day in Oxford and the Thames Valley.
The event is on 24th April 2018 at the The Oxford Science Park, Oxford. Further details about the day will be sent to you once you have registered to attend.
The purpose of the Regional Day is to bring together the Oxford and Thames Valley renal community to include medical, multi-disciplinary colleagues and patients to consider and discuss data provided by the UK Renal Registry, Public Health England and NHSBT. Colleagues from Oxford and Reading have been involved in developing the programme for the day.
The day will be led by the clinical leads from across Oxford and the Thames Valley to provide an opportunity to explore the regions involvement in the three KQuIP national priority projects and to share improvement successes and plan collaborative projects across the region.
