Welcome to the registration page for the KQuIP/UKRR Regional Day in Yorkshire and the Humber.
The event is on 6th July 2017 at the National Coal Mining Museum in Wakefield. Further details about the day will be sent to you once you have registered to attend.
The purpose of the Regional Day is to bring together a broad range of medical and multi-disciplinary colleagues to consider and discuss data from the UK Renal registry, Public Health England and NHSBT, and to explore our involvement in the three KQuIP national priority projects within the Yorkshire and the Humber region as set out in the programme below. We will be sharing our successes and planning further collaborative QI projects across the region.
The programme for the day is split into three sessions:
Session A – 9.30am – 1pm
- Introduction from Network Clinical Lead and Co-Chair of KQuIP
- The role of the CRG in promoting quality improvement
- What do the data tell us – primary, secondary and tertiary care
- Focus on AKI Data
Session B – 1.30pm – 5pm
- Quality Improvement – theory and practice
- Trios Approach
- Quality Improvement and the national KQuIP projects
- Breakout sessions – clinically led with QI support from the Improvement Academy team
- Data Managers meeting
Session C – 6.15pm – 9.30pm
- Research and the Renal Registry
- Presentation of regional projects
