This day is to plan next steps of the project and take forward the learning from the Renal Shortsmoor Leadership training making the day a practical session preparing the quality improvement lead and the unit for their chosen QI project. This is intended for all those that are leading on the MAGIC project in order to plan the project and its launch event in 12th March
Multi-professional teams and patients from the four renal units taking part in TP2 are invited to a peer assist event to share learning, progress and challenges from the programme and plan the next six months of work together.
Who should attend? Quality improvement leads from each unit along with those form their who are supporting them to implement the project.
