DESCRIPTION:Welcome to the registration page for the KQuIP/UKRR Regional Day in Yorkshire and the Humber. \nThe event is on 6th July 2017 at the National Coal Mining Museum in Wakefield. Further details about the day will be sent to you once you have registered to attend. \nThe purpose of the Regional Day is to bring together a broad range of medical and multi-disciplinary colleagues to consider and discuss data from the UK Renal registry\, Public Health England and NHSBT\, and to explore our involvement in the three KQuIP national priority projects within the Yorkshire and the Humber region as set out in the programme below.
