This is an opportunity for the region to learn\, collaborate and share their ideas for quality improvement. \nFollowing the day\, it is hoped that the region will work together on a collaborative QI programme\, chosen by the region during the regional day\, and then driven locally by QI leads with support from the renal registry quality improvement team and the national project leads. \nBy the end of the regional day\, it is hoped our region would have: \n\nAgreed on a national QI project\nIdentify QI leads for each of the units (ideally both clinical and multi-professional)\nBegun collaboration across the region to share practices\, learning and experience\n\nA bit about KQuIP… \nKQuIP is a regional quality improvement programme working under Think Kidneys and the UK Renal Registry. \nKQuIP aims to improve the lives of adults and children affected by kidney disease by building on rather than replacing existing quality improvement structures.
