KQuIP has identified a fantastic training opportunity for senior leaders within the kidney community.<\/p>\n

KQuIP are currently joining forces with Shortsmoor<\/a>\u00a0who are a team of experienced leaders with both military and civilian backgrounds. They have many years\u2019 experience in developing leaders in health, education and industry and offer a 2 day course in Leadership Development.<\/p>\n

The course, entitled Leading People, will aim to develop the self-awareness, effective behaviours, leadership skills and understanding to become competent, confident and resilient senior leaders of Renal Services. KQuIP will be rolling this out across the participating regions along with specific Quality Improvement training to help support the regions to deliver and embed Quality Improvement into day to day practice.\u00a0 If there is appetite then regions can explore further options within a broader Leadership Programme provided by Shortsmoor.<\/p>\n
