This includes patients, business managers, commissioners and multi-professional teams. <\/li><li> Renal units share where they are, what they want to improve and what they hope to achieve through the project.  <\/li><li> Senior management pledge commitment to the project\u2019s shared vision<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><a href=\"https:\/\/www.thinkkidneys.nhs.uk\/kquip\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/5\/2019\/07\/Launch-event-template-1.docx\">View an example project launch event programme<\/a><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Units across the region begin implementing their QI project and collaborating with each other, sharing successes, challenges, and measuring the results of their change initiatives. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>KQuIP offers monthly visits to participating units to support with engaging wider teams, linking units up, communicating their work and to offer QI expertise. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Throughout a year, QI leaders across the region are invited to attend three bespoke training days<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Training day one: Introduction to QI and setting up a project<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>What are we trying to achieve? (setting objectives)<\/li><li>What is the project \u2013 and what is it not?
