To combat this we decided to introduce an activity that would get people moving whilst demonstrating the key methodology to QI: baseline, learn, apply learning, and measure impact &#8211; repeat<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><a href=\"https:\/\/www.thinkkidneys.nhs.uk\/kquip\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/5\/2019\/08\/Instructions-flying-a-plane-.pdf\">Flying a paper plane instructions<\/a><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>We ask delegates to build a paper plane using the same paper and fly their plane.  (video below)<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-video\"><video controls src=\"https:\/\/www.thinkkidneys.nhs.uk\/kquip\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/5\/2019\/08\/00000030-VIDEO-2019-08-14-13-49-35.mp4\"><\/video><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p> <br>We tasked them to learn how to make the flight longer by asking others what they did and apply this learning to making another plane and fly again (video below)<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-video\"><video controls src=\"https:\/\/www.thinkkidneys.nhs.uk\/kquip\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/5\/2019\/08\/00000031-VIDEO-2019-08-14-13-49-35.mp4\"><\/video><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>\n\nWe asked them did the plane fly further the second tie round?
