26 Quality Improvement leaders from across the East and West Midlands completed a two day residential Leadership Programme in October 2018, led by Shortsmoor. <\/a><\/p>\n\n\n\n

These two days provide quality improvement leaders with a good understanding\nof effective leadership, and the opportunity for greater self-awareness, in\norder to lay sound foundations for continuous improvement.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
