The day started with a welcome from Katy Jones, Regional lead and Ron Cullen, CEO Renal Association. Jennifer Adam presented on \u201cWhat is MAGIC\u201d detailing definition, population, measurement metrics, interventions and timelines.&nbsp; Katy Jones presented on the Kidney Patient Reported Experience Measures (PREM) highlighting data from the annual national survey of kidney patients. Each unit involved was asked to present a \u2018Complicated Fistula\u201d and \u201cWhat have we done since we last met\u201d update. The day ended with a World Cafe session with ideas generated for improvements within the region.
