They are the ones who will lead the project in\ntheir&nbsp;unit. They should commit to a local meeting monthly to support\nimplementation of their chosen project.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>ROLES\/ EXPECTATIONS:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Collect data on the defined objectives of the chose projects and any regionally agreed data<\/li><li>Actively participate in discussions with the regional QI network through attendance at KQuIP regional activities, webinars\/calls <\/li><li>Engage and work with their wider teams and patients<\/li><li>Receive training and support from KQuIP<\/li><li><\/li><\/ul>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>The East Midlands regional network comprises three trusts across Derby, Leicestershire and Nottingham.
