The South West hosted their Regional KQuIP day on 4 October 2018. The six units; Truro, Plymouth, Exeter, Gloucester, Dorset and Bristol are working collaboratively on the national QI project Transplant First<\/a>. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

21st<\/sup> March 2019 \u2013 Leadership into Action QI leads from each unit attended a day where they could apply their leadership skills in developing a regional launch day for their chosen QI project Transplant First. 6th<\/sup>\/7th<\/sup> February 2019 \u2013 Shortsmoor Leadership Course \u2013 Taunton. 16 QI leads were invited to attend a two day leadership course. View the programme here<\/a>. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

The course has empowered me to be bold in pushing through the changes that are necessary<\/p><\/blockquote>\n\n\n\n
