The Newcastle upon Tyne Hospitals NHS\nFoundation Trust<br><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Organisations involved in the KQuIP programme<\/strong> <\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Newcastle \u2013 Freeman Hospital      <\/li><li>Carlisle \u2013 Cumberland Infirmary <\/li><li>Middlesbrough \u2013 The James Cook University Hospital <\/li><li>Hull \u2013 Royal Infirmary<\/li><li>Sunderland &#8211; Royal Hospital<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"> <strong>Renal Unit Quality Improvement (QI) Leads<\/strong> <\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Each unit\nhas been asked to identify&nbsp;one medical and MDT lead. They are the ones who\nwill lead5the project on their&nbsp;unit. They should commit to meeting monthly\nto support implementation of their chosen project&nbsp; in their local units<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>ROLES\/\nEXPECTATIONS:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Collect data, on the defined objectives of the chose projects and any regionally agreed data<\/li><li>Implement any educational materials, competency package and awareness materials at the set time points in the project<\/li><li>Actively participate in discussions through attendance at KQuIP regional activities, webinars\/calls.
