class=\"wp-block-heading\">Leadership into Action<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>This day was to plan next steps of the project and take forward the learning from the leadership training making the day a practical session preparing leaders and their units for their chosen QI project, <a href=\"https:\/\/www.thinkkidneys.nhs.uk\/kquip\/transplant-first\/\">Transplant First <\/a>and <a rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" aria-label=\"MAGIC (opens in a new tab)\" href=\"https:\/\/www.thinkkidneys.nhs.uk\/kquip\/magic\/\" target=\"_blank\">MAGIC <\/a>and to plan the project and its launch event. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li><a
