This day is to plan next steps of the project and take forward the learning from the Renal Shortsmoor Leadership training making the day a practical session preparing the quality improvement lead and the unit for their chosen QI project. This is intended for all those that are leading on the MAGIC project in order to plan the project and its launch event in 12th March

This day will provide you with an opportunity to understand the quality improvement project MAGIC—Managing Access by Generating Improvements in Cannulation and what’s in store for the next 12 months.
