The DAYLife project was launched in January 2019 acrossthe East and West Midlands with a network wide event.    104 members of the wider kidney team, patients, managers and commissioners attended. During the day attendees:

  • Diagnosed the region’s current situation with regard to home therapies
  • Shared and discussed the process maps they had produced
  • Created and shared local, detailed driver diagrams for their project
  • Received training in the NHS Change Model and other QI theory, useful tools and resources
  • Discussed the measures they would use to show progress on their improvement projects
  • Planned their first change cycles using the P-D-S-A method
