26 Quality Improvement leaders from across the East and West Midlands completed a two day residential Leadership Programme in October 2018, led by Shortsmoor.
These two days provide quality improvement leaders with a good understanding of effective leadership, and the opportunity for greater self-awareness, in order to lay sound foundations for continuous improvement.
