A Health Foundation commissioned report of recent national improvement programmes for renal, namely ASSIST-CKD (co-supported by Kidney Research UK), Tackling AKI, SHAREHD and TP-CKD (NHSE funded) has been released and can be accessed here . These programmes are major achievements and are a testimony to the hard work of healthcare professionals and patients in renal services across the UK in leading and contributing to this work.
