The Pathways workstream involved the delivery of two workshops aimed at enabling renal units in the region to map the processes that lead to kidney transplantation with a view to identifying any issues that might cause delays in accessing transplantation.
The first workshop on Thursday 4th February was well attended and led to a number of actions to be completed before the second workshop on Wednesday 20th April.
Renal Units and Transplant Centres worked together towards improvements across the kidney transplantation pathway sharing progress via regular Webex or conference call.
