The Heart of England Foundation Hospitals renal units are committed to improving patient care. We have led the way with many innovative renal patient communication initiatives such as writing to patients before the GMC directive and were early adopters of ‘Ask 3 Questions’.
We hope that we will also lead the way in the Midlands for the involvement of patients in structuring the Renal Registry intention to monitor and measure PROMS and PREMS longitudinally.
