This exciting day being held at the Holiday Inn, Taunton on Thursday 4th October 2018 will bring together the South West renal community to include medical, multi-disciplinary colleagues, commissioners and patients to consider and discuss data provided by the UK Renal Registry, Public Health England and NHSBT. Colleagues from the South West have been involved in developing the programme for the day and the event has CPD approval for doctors and nurses.
Led by healthcare professionals from across the South West, the day will provide an opportunity to explore the regions involvement in three KQuIP national priority projects, to share improvement successes and plan collaborative quality improvement projects across the region.
Following the day, the region hopes to work together on a QI programme chosen during the day, and then driven locally by QI leads with support from the KQuIP quality improvement team and national project leads.
