KQuIP South West regional day – report now available

The KQuIP South West regional day summary report is now available to read online.

This day was held at the Holiday Inn, Taunton on Thursday 4th October 2018 and brought together the South West renal community including medical, multi-disciplinary colleagues, commissioners and patients to consider and discuss data provided by the UK Renal Registry and NHSBT.  Colleagues from the South West were involved in developing the programme for the day and the event was CPD accredited for doctors and nurses.

Led by healthcare professionals from across the South West, the day provided an opportunity to explore the regions involvement in three KQuIP national priority projects, to share improvement successes and plan collaborative quality improvement projects across the region.

With over 80 attendees from six units, and contributions from a broad spectrum of people representing both local and national quality improvement activity, the event was positive and energetic, and we hope those who attended feel motivated to take forward the regional quality improvement project that was agreed on the day, Transplant First and take that sense of motivation back to the wider teams at their units.
