Social Media encompasses the way we interact with each-other (socially), how we share information and the medium we use, e.g. text, audio/video, photographs (media) underpinned by the online and mobile technologies we use to enable that interaction and sharing with friends, colleagues across and within organisations as well as geographical locations.
