33 healthcare professionals and 5 patients came together to share and learn current changes and impacts improving kidney transplantation and vascular access cannulation.
Each unit was well represented and worked together during various activities in the day
Next steps
- Each unit has the offer of having the regional program manger visit their unit to offer QI support
