Caroline has a wealth of education and training in pharmaceutical practices, kick starting her education at The University of London with a Bachelor of Pharmacy degree in 1986. Remaining at The University of London, Caroline went on to achieve an MSc in Pharmacology in 1991, complemented by a training certificate in pharmacy practice.
Six years later, Caroline extended her qualifications with a diploma in Health Economics, and in 2010 gained an additional MSc, of distinction merit in pharmacy practice. At present, Caroline works for the Royal Free London NHS Foundation Trust, chairing the UK Renal Pharmacy Group and is Co-Chair of the acute kidney injury intervention workstream. In correspondence with this, Caroline’s fields of specialism include acute kidney injury and renal transplantation.
In her spare time Caroline engages in musical pursuits, playing the cello in a symphony orchestra, while romanticising over dinner dates with Vivaldi!
If Caroline were to be appointed Prime Minister for the day she would make chocolate available upon prescription for chocoholics…..watch this space.
