Nitin is a consultant nephrologist at the Royal Derby Hospital, and is chair for the Acute Kidney Injury Programme Measurement work stream. Nitin’s educational background began in Mumbai, training at the Lokmanya Tilak Medical school, later training in nephrology in Leeds and London. Nitin’s specialist interests include, acute kidney injury, hypertension, renal transplantation and glomerular disease.

Nitin’s ‘guilty pleasure’ when it comes to music is 1970’s and 80’s Bollywood songs.
